I can't complete the registration form?
Occasionally some new houses or flats are not listed in our database immediately, unfortunately the Post Office only updates their database 4 times a year. If you e-mail us with your full contact details we will be happy to add you to the database. All registration issues should be sent to
registration@winfreeprize.co.uk.
I don't see any member offers?
Sometimes high volume users will complete all member offers and questionnaires, in the rare event of this happening don't worry we are constantly adding new offers so check back in 24 hours time and you can enter again.
I'd prefer a different prize?
